I don't know for certain these posts that appeared to be from the Tracy Police Department are authentic , however I believe they were linked through the Tracy Police Departments Facebook Site when I found them. It is possible there could be a psychological operation of it's own being conducted against me, however, if that is true, who would be interested enough to take the time that would be required to conducted such an operation? It's possible a similar operation to the one Joseph Auletta was involved in called Project Blue Book could be the cause for any disinformation that has been provided.
